The Escapade Sports Group, Hong Kong’s leading speciality sports company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior Executive to support our Inventory and Operations Managers. The role is critical in managing our inventory, fulfilling online orders, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with a proven track record in customer service, order fulfilment and operational support, and an ability to utilise and take advantage of technology to improve processes and sales
Duties:
- Perform administrative support duties including membership enrollments, data reports generation.
- Process in-store transfers and process invoices into the database systems.
- Prepare various administrative reports, maintain records, and handle documentation.
- Prepare reports on leave records, headcounts, and other human resources matters for management review.
- Prepare sales analysis reports of the sales and inventory.
- Manage office facilities and maintenance of hardware equipment.
- Assist in planning and executing monthly discount sales and promotions.
- Receive new stock and update the POS system with accurate product details.
- Help with adding new product to the POS and Online sales platform.
- Assist the Operations Manager in fulfilling online orders efficiently and accurately.
- Generate and analyse online performance reports to help improve operations.
- Respond to customer service queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively suggest improvements to processes and identify opportunities to leverage technology for efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and handling customer complaints and queries.
- Familiarity with inventory management support and fulfilment is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Technologically savvy and comfortable with using different software systems.
- Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese proficiency is a bonus.
- A people person with a positive attitude.
