- 1-2 years of customer service experience (medical field an advantage)
- organized and detailed oriented
- plesant personality and excellent phone manners
- able to work under pressure
- fluent English (Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage)
- variable shifts between hours of 8:30am to 6:30pm
