We are recruiting for a multi-tasking role for who is passionate in e-commerce and interested in global business. He/ She will be responsible for managing the Japan markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive potential partnership with marketplaces and ecommerce sites and negotiate agreements for business growth;
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans, as well as performance tracking to achieve business KPIs;
• Execute go-to-market plan to meet company’s goals and objectives;
• Conduct market research and prepare trends reports, presentations and marketing materials for internal and external meetings;
• Monitor competitors and maintain good communications with partners for engagement;
• Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with preferably 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin. Candidates who can speak fluent Japanese would be considered to manage Japan markets.
• Business acumen with good numerical sense.
• Interested in beauty, fashion and what’s trending

• More experience candidate would be also considered as senior executive
