You are invited to submit a quotation for one person to provide Interpretation and Translation (Nepali to/from English/Chinese) on-site with telephone interviews to the Department of Health (DH) as detailed below:
Service Period: 28.6.2021 - 11.7.2021 (2 weeks)
Part A – Regular Shifts
Work Location and Working Hours
Kai Tak Community Hall
- 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (10 hours, excluding unpaid meal break)
- Data input service is required
Language: Nepali x 1
Part B – Overnight Shifts (only upon request)
Work Location and Working Hours
Centre for Health Protection / Kai Tak Community Hall
- 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Language: Nepali x 1
Notes:
· Services can be provided by more than 1 person as long as they cover the working hours (without overlapping)
· Meal break will be provided but without pay
· Work done in less than one hour will be calculated on pro rata basis
· The actual requirements may vary depending on the actual needs of DH and the Contractor must be prepared to accept any increase or decrease
