ATP Personal Training is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, Friendly, courteous, welcoming individual with a passion for health and fitness. The Front Desk Manager/Client relations manager will interact and advising clients in person, phone or email and greet members as they enter the gym and provide control of the front of house. You will be part of creating the atmosphere of the gym and ensuring a positive visit for all clients. This position will provide assistance to members' requests along with inquiries about gym operations and policies as well as perform various administrative duties as directed by the Gym General Manager or Operations Supervisor. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the front house area, payments, along with the admin involved through the company system.

Job Requirements / Responsibilities:


  • Contributing to a professional and efficient reception service and environment supporting the brand philosophy of ATP.
  • Deliver ATP customer experience to an excellent level at all times
  • Deliver all necessary administrative tasks to ensure a proactive, effective and efficient service at all times
  • Greeting all clients on arrival at the gym, anticipating client needs, delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Prepare payment status for clients
  • Handle all client enquires
  • Support trainers where needed
  • Liaise between clients, managers, cleaners etc.
  • Check clients in and out on Mind Body system and make sure Mind Body is up to date e.g. rearrange appointments, manage payments and so forth
  • Liase with clients and respond to queries and questions
  • Keep front of house presentable at all times 
  • Make protein shakes for clients
  • To consistently treat all guests with respect and contribute to a positive work environment;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English & Cantonese preferred
