  • Provide full spectrum secretarial and interpretation services to Chairman of the Group.
  • Handle correspondence for the Chairman and assist with translation.
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, travel arrangement, attend meetings of the management team and as required
  • Generate minutes of meetings or drafts contracts as required.
  • Follow-up on a frequent basis to ensure the completion of the projects and issues generated.
  • Organize efficient channels between the Chairman and departmental managers in collecting information and other key data.

Job Requirements / Responsibilities:

  • University degree in English or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in serving the senior management at sizable organization
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and housekeeping skills.
  • Attention to details and be able to provide accurate reports on a timely manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strict confidence in handling information of a confidential nature.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Office and fast typing skills.
  • Proficient English and Cantonese in listening, speaking and writing. Mandarin preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible, able to work overtime and weekends occasionally.
