Anastassia’s Art House & Red Square Gallery is a highly reputable award-winning Art Academy & Gallery committed to offering prime art education to adults and children & exhibiting artworks of leading artists. The Company has currently three venues located in: Happy Valley; Repulse Bay and Sai Kung. 
We seek to employ a highly qualified candidate to fill the post of Business Development Manager. Main responsibilities are to identify, develop and deliver new and existing business opportunities with Russia and Russian speaking customers, clients and business partners. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, able to prioritise work assignments as they come in, and capable of working without supervision.
 Requirements in qualifications and skills:
·          University Degree preferably in International Management, Sales & Marketing, Administration & Business related field
·          Fluent spoken and written Russian & English, native Russian speaker will be a plus
·          Experience working in schools, learning centres or galleries will be a plus
·          Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to market and sell Academy’s services
·          Proficient in using MSOffice (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·          Minimum two years working experience with good references
·          Service-oriented, detail-oriented, responsible and well organised
·          Positive work attitude, self-motivated, creative and energetic personality, and able to work independently
·          Able to work well within a team environment and coordinate a team of various talents, regular commuting between studios will be necessary
·          Able to work under pressure
·          Having a pleasant personality and enjoying interacting with both adults and children

Job Requirements / Responsibilities:

1)     This is Art Business Development Manager executive position, with responsibilities pertaining to the smooth operation and healthy growth of the Company. Main responsibilities are to identify, develop and deliver new and existing business opportunities with Russia and Russian speaking customers, clients and business partners,  such us artists, art galleries, art museums, art schools, collectors, art educators, etc., which will help the company achieve its sales targets plus its business strategic objectives.
2)     The BDM will be responsible for producing and implementing a robust and sustainable business strategy to demonstrate year on year growth to meet the company’s aims, goals and objectives.
3)     Identify key influencers within the customers and Russia at all level to develop business strategies and make The Company a tier one.
4)     Directly dealing with major business partners and customers in Russia.
5)     Identify new business opportunities within Russia and convert into orders.
6)     The BTD is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the daily activities of all art studios/galleries operated by the Company.
7)     BDM is responsible for planning and implementing long-term goals of the Company. Budgeting and financial management, creating and enforcing business objectives and goals. Conceiving and pursuing marketing strategies that will ensure the desired growth of the Company. Coming up with new ways to generate income for the Company.
8)     Overall management of the Company’s staff, ensuring that all employees understand the company policies and guidelines, as well as its overall mission. Ensuring that the morale stays high and employees work as a team. Motivate, counsel and reward employees. Supervise, schedule, and direct daily activities of on-site staff. Conduct training, coaching and disciplinary actions as needed. Create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, cooperation, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and professionalism among staff members.
9)     Managing projects and renovations, management of emergencies and other major issues involving clients, employees, or the facilities, public relations with the media, local governments, and other businesses.
10)  Effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit making results for the Company.
11)  Effectively communicate the company's purpose to both employees and customers.
12)  Supervising, working with and providing assistance to Art Instructors & Art Administrators under the Company’s employ on daily basis. Providing assistance to the Director or supervising other administrator(s) at functions and activities held by the Company.
13)  Providing supervision, overseeing and/or providing managerial and secretarial duties involved in running the day-to-day operations of the Company.
14)  Greet visitors and customers and provide information about the Academy, Gallery,  current exhibitions, artists exhibited, our education philosophy, and assist in enrolling to the various art programs and courses
