The right candidate will be responsible to target and to liaise with the international key-accounts and markets of the company by exploring and developing further potential sales and marketing opportunities and partnerships in export countries. A strong focus will be our growing market in Japan.

He will be focused on his targets, a self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation and sales creativity, a sales and presentation talent with excellent strategic planning skills, and will enjoy the challenge of working in a hands-on entrepreneurial and international environment.

Job Requirements / Responsibilities:

- Degree qualified, with at least 3 years solid experience in Sales and Marketing, having a proven track in a similar role in an international company and in developing key-accounts, especially in Japan, as well as regional distribution channels is essential.

- Ability to develop and manage a portfolio of multiple sales partners and to maintain relationships with key-accounts, affiliates, key industry contacts and to interact with our internal departments.

- To create ideas, sales presentations and to organize marketing events and campaigns with established channel partners.

- Fluency in English is critical for all communication and to work alongside with our partners in the office and overseas. Having profound Japanese language skills or being native Japanese speaker is a plus.

- Frequent regional travel is expected.

- Knowledge of graphic design, catalog making, power-point skills and e-commerce is an advantage.
