The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and communicating the Senszio global marketing strategy, driving web traffic, generating leads, growing brand awareness, and keeping the brand message consistent globally. This position will require a deep understanding of the customer, competition, trends, business goals, product knowledge and strategic planning across multiple marketing channels. Key cross-functional business partners include Sales and Production.

Key Functions

  • Oversee and lead email marketing and direct mail execution, including oversight of end-to-end process (planning to deployment), segmentation recommendations, vendor management, and review/sharing of results.
  • Oversee print, digital, & social campaign strategies and manage creative asset delivery.
  • Analyze online performance by tracking, interpreting and reporting metrics on google analytics, social media and other online platforms on a weekly and monthly basis; optimize the strategy based on performance.
  • Benchmark and research competitor and industry leaders in digital media. Constantly explore and evaluate new digital media platforms, tools, services & vendors and provide recommendations to the management team.
  • Develop and execute content ideas for the blog.
  • Interact and develop relationships with partners across multiple regions and in different time zones.
  • Deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.

Job Requirements / Responsibilities:


  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Excellent visual eye.
  • Excellent verbal skills.
  • Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A good sense of humor.
  • Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Strong understanding of mobile media, search engine marketing, affiliate marketing and display advertising.
  • Experience in executing campaigns and utilizing multiple social platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers and increase conversion via site, store and other potential points of purchase.
  • Experience or interest in Menswear and/or Luxury Goods is a plus.
